Pannier Clip
I purchased a waterproof pannier for my bicycle, similar to this bag.
Unfortunately, the hooks it used to clip to my bike were made from cheap, flexible plastic – similar to the clips in the image below:

This meant that the hooks themselves were fragile, and there was nothing to stop the pannier from flying off of my bike when it went over a bump. When one of the hooks snapped off, I decided to design replacements.
I modelled and printed two of the hooks and one of the latches out of PLA+. I installed a .25” x 1” spring in the cutouts in the clip. Then, I drilled holes in the plastic backing of the pannier and mounted the parts with screws, washers, and nuts. (M3 screws for the clip and M4 screws for the hooks).
The final result looks like this:

To mount the pannier, simply drop it onto the rack:
To remove it, depress the clip and lift:
The pannier now does not eject, even when shaken around:
